Change in iBurst Wireless Broadband Provider

As of 5th November 2005, Veritel Wireless has taken over the management, support and billing of all OzEmail iBurst subscribers.

There is no change whatsoever to how you use your iBurst modem or PC Card, and all plans and prices will be honored for the term of your contract. You can continue to use your iBurst connection as normal.

Technical Support and Customer Service

If you require technical support or sales/service for your iBurst connection/s, you should now call Veritel. The iBurst hotline is 1300 669 869.

Minor Billing Changes

If you have been paying by credit card, there will be no change at all, except that now your credit card statement will note that the charge is to Veritel Australia.

You will still receive a monthly GST invoice, however the issuer will now be Veritel Australia Pty Ltd.

If you have an account, you will have to make cheques payable to Veritel, and mail them to Veritel instead of OzEmail. If you pay online, you will need to now make the payment to Veritel's bank account. These details are on our invoices, but in case you need them now, they are as follows:
