getting Naked DSL business connected
Once you've applied for a service with us online or by calling us on 13 19 17 , we aim to get you connected within approximately 10-15 working days. If we anticipate a delay of any kind, we will notify you on your nominated email address or mobile number that you provided upon application.
So that you can know what to expect, we connect your services in the following order after application:
- We process your application and send you an update of when Naked DSL will be connected at your home.
- Once the connection is complete we'll make your service active and let you know it's ready to use.
- Your iiTalk service will then be activated as soon as possible and you can call us to set up your modem.

If you cancel your connection or relocate within 6 months regardless of your contract option, an early termination fee also applies.
