iiNet wireless hotspots provide you with access to the internet when you out and about. There are a wide range of hotspots across Australia and the world where you can now benefit from having access to broadband internet when 'on the go'.

Becoming a wireless hotspot location

It's simple to get going. All you need is an iiNet broadband connection and a compatible wireless router. If you don't have a compatible Wi-Fi router you can order one online by logging into Toolbox and clicking the 'buy hardware' link.

For every dollar a customer spends at your hotspot, you'll get 50% back - what a deal!

Your Hotspot location will be shown on our site so customers can come to you. You can add people to your Hotspot who can have free access - this means that they don't have to pay to access your hotspot. A great bonus to a customer for buying your product.

By having an iiNet Hotspot, you are also preventing someone from using your internet connection without you knowing. This can be dangerous if they are excessive users, malicious or downloading objectionable content.

1. Firstly, you must have a Belkin 4 port Wifi Router
2. You will need to follow the installation instructions
3. Download the following firmware
4. Use the instructions in step 2 setup your router for Tomizone
5. YOU MUST DO A FACTORY RESET AFTER INSTALLING THE FIRMWARE
6. Re-setup your routers DSL and VoIP settings
7. Activate your Tomizone account by visiting Tomizone
8. You're done!

All customer support for setting up your own hotspot can only be found online via the online Tomizone Support forum. Please do not contact iiNet support for hotspot queries.

Connecting to an iiNet Hotspot

1. Turn on your Wi-Fi radio (if it is not switched on automatically). To do this, simply open your Network Connections, right click the Wireless Network Connection and select "Enable". Some computers also have a manual switch-make sure it is switched "on".
2. Once the wireless connection is on, your device will automatically scan for available wireless networks.
3. Click on "View Available Wireless Networks" and the Wireless Network Connection box opens.
4. Select "Tomizone" and click "Connect".
5. Another box may open - if it does, click "connect anyway".
6. You will now be connected to Tomizone.
7. Open your web browser and you will be automatically redirected to the Tomizone welcome page where you can log in.
8. As a bonus for iiNet customers you will receive free data allocation of 100MB per month. Once the 100MB is exceeded usage can be topped up through the Tomizone website.
